President
L. Patrick Callaway is President of Francorp Consulting, the world's largest franchise consulting and development firm. In his capacity as President of Francorp Consulting, Mr. Callaway provides strategic leadership to several divisions of Francorp Consulting, which include strategic planning, franchise documentation, marketing, operations, technology, client services and information services. Francorp's unique approach to consulting provides clients with seamless, integrated professional services, facilitating the creation of outstanding franchise programs.
Prior to becoming President of Francorp Consulting, Mr. Callaway was Vice President of the firm's Client Services Division, where he was responsible for new business development, including the evaluation, analysis and adaptability of client concepts for franchising. In addition to his responsibilities as President, Mr. Callaway also serves as a Senior Consultant to Francorp's clients, performing client consultations, advising on the feasibility of client expansion programs, strategic planning, franchise documentation, marketing, operations and financial areas. He is responsible for conducting seminars throughout the country for business and educational groups, and speaks on franchising topics at colleges and universities. Prior to joining Francorp, Mr. Callaway was in commercial real estate.
Mr. Callaway earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky and his M.B.A. Degree from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Mr. Callaway also serves on the Advisory Board of the DePaul School of Music.
