David Washington has more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience in the areas of business consulting, sales & marketing, personal development training, finance, trading, and private equity investing. Washington’s impressive career in financial services began in 1983 on Wall Street where he worked for prominent corporations such as Goldman Sachs, Fidelity Investments, Irving Trust Bank, Dean Witter Reynolds, and Citibank/Primerica. It was there in Manhattan's financial district where he gained a high respect for capitalism and what it offers the individual who owns and operates viable businesses directly or indirectly.
He founded Washington Global Management, Inc., in 1991 a firm responsible for providing full-service technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies like AT&T Professional Development Centers, Chubb Advance Training, Nabisco, Bankers Trust, New York Life, Mellon Bank, Buck Consultants, Saint Barnabas Healthcare Systems, just to name a few. J. David Washington equally devotes time, talent and energy; fostering true commitment to the global community. In the mid-90s, J. David developed a passion for empowering young African American males by becoming the Executive Mentor for the successful program Brothers Working Together (BWT), a mentorship program for at-risk students where he provided activities and training programs designed to ensure a higher quality of life sponsored by Renaissance Development Corporation in Somerset, New Jersey. In 1995 Mr. Washington was the Life Skills Coordinator for a Consortium of African American Professionals & Executives to provide personal development and professional training in Port Elizabeth South Africa.
