Gerald (Jerry) Hubbard had been in the business arena for his entire working life, most recently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Services for Van Kampen Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morgan Stanley. He is active in local community organizations and is an expert fund raiser. As a Certified Facility Manager, Jerry served as President of the International Facilities Management Association, and is currently a fellow of that organization. In 2007 he was Chairman of the St. James Hospital Community Foundation and President of Irons Oaks, an environmental learning center.

As a Regional Director for Francorp, located in Bend, Oregon, Jerry will use his business expertise to help others launch franchise opportunities.
